PrimaDek™ Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Coverage: The PrimaDek™ warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials for 2 years from the date of purchase, depending on the product model. Please refer to your product’s documentation for specific warranty details.

  2. Warranty Activation: Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase to be valid. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

  3. Proof of Purchase: In the event of a warranty claim, a valid proof of purchase, such as a purchase receipt or order confirmation, will be required.

  4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications.

  5. Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@primadek.com. We will guide you through the claim process and provide instructions for returning the product if necessary.

  6. Warranty Remedies: PrimaDek™ will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. The warranty does not cover installation or removal costs.
