PrimaDek™ reserves the right to assess the request and determine the eligibility for replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications.
In the event of approval, PrimaDek™ will provide instructions for returning the product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
PrimaDek™ will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. The warranty does not cover installation or removal costs.
